Consumer advocacy org Public Citizen is asking FERC to rethink its dismissal of a PJM market monitor complaint. It would have allowed a temporary pause on new data center interconnections until the region can show it has enough generation and transmission to serve them.Â
The filing comes weeks before NERC’s slated Level 3 Alert, which will sound the alarm on reliability concerns tied to rapid data center growth.
