Can the World Economic Forum change its methodology to one that would have avoided, for example, the CES2018 Blackout?

As described in the Response to [the Medium story] 'How to talk to people you disagree with',” this post is not meant to be confrontational, as it is with the methodology of debates under the Primacy of the Parts. Instead we meant the methodology of the [generative] dialogue under the Primacy of the Whole. As can be seen in the following images, the World Economic Forum is using the debate methodology of the Primacy of the Parts while asking to "Put a question to a Davos leader," which is divided into 11 parts that underlie their Fourth Industrial Revolution paradigm.
