Farmers, SMEs, and community groups in Ireland can now earn a guaranteed passive income for up to 15 years from renewable solar energy through the new Small-Scale Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (SSRESS), allowing the construction of solar farms up to 6MW and offering attractive rates per kW/hour.
"15 Year Green energy income available to farmers, SME’s and community groups under the new government announcement will provide a guaranteed income and opportunity to build up to 6MW Solar farms."
