With Labor Day in the rearview window, students at all levels are firmly back to school.

So I want our HR professionals to give the students who see a future in utilities and energy some advice:

  • What skills should they be cultivating today?
  • What experiences stand out on a resume when applying for that first job at utility after graduation?
  • Do you have any book recommendations for the studious utility employee of tomorrow?

Overall, what can those with an eye towards the energy industry be looking to do this school year?

We still don't have any answers to this question, can you help?
