Account Manager, UDC
Frank began his GIS career in 2001 working in defense mapping. In 2007, he transitioned into the utilities vertical. He has experience in project and program management including PMO leadership and has served as account manager and partner manager while working with electric and gas utilities to address operational, system implementation, and system integration needs.
Currently responsible for maintaining direct UDC client and partner relations and ensuring a high level of services, Frank provides value added, quality driven solutions designed to uniquely support today's digital utility. He is heavily involved in the operations space of the utility, deploying digital twin, outage communications, reliability analysis and condition-based maintenance dashboard technology with our clients to keep their operations centers current with the most accurate and up to date information available to them from existing systems as well as new system deployments.
“I enjoy discussing business needs with our utility clients and developing creative solutions to meet them. As UDC’s Esri Partner Manager, my expertise includes supporting Esri Enterprise GIS and Utility Network road mapping, migration and implementation. My background also includes experience in secondary grid and fiber management as well as engineering design, asset management, compliance management and providing operational tools for electric utilities.”
