We are looking for a supervisor to lead a team of Transmission Line Engineers, Analysts and Technicians. A supervisor with creative design skills who wants to tackle complex problems and has a penchant for mentoring and developing a team of exceptional technical people. The candidate must have close to 10 years of experience in transmission line design and 3 years of experience in supervision, developmental role or management experience over others.

At minimum a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Structural.  Experience in reviewing geotechnical report for design of various type of transmission line related foundations.  Experienced in evaluation and design of various transmission line structures including tubular structures, lattice and wood H-frames.  Expert knowledge of PLS-CADD, MFAD, PLS-Tower, PLS-Pole, Caisson software.

Minimum Qualifications -- 

- Bachelors degree in engineering, engineering technology, engineering physics, biosystems engineering, mathematical science, physical science or related science plus six or more years of post-Bachelors engineering experience relating to the area of engineering specialization required to perform the job, including providing technical leadership in engineering/design. 
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas for all departments except Telecommunications Engineering
- Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications -- 

A M.S. or M.E. in Civil/Structural would be preferred.  Ability to relocate to Austin, TX within a month of accepting an offer.  Experience in development of transmission line standards would be a plus.
