Dreamcatcher   |  Direct Air Capture and Hydrogen 

The project sought to eliminate this hydrocarbon from the process.

Two options were identified: - 1. Electric heating of the solid calcium carbonate. 2. Using hydrogen as an energy vector in place of natural gas.

Both approaches were found to be technically viable, and the hydrogen option was developed in this project as the overall project costs were significantly lower.
