Profile change!

Quietly, a transition is underway in the profile required by companies and institutions, also in the area of energy.

That obedient, subservient, fawning professional who strictly sticks to the "four lines" of his/hers "job description" can still be very useful in certain types of organizations, but not in those that want to become leaders in the markets in which they operate.

These days demand creativity, initiative, self-will, leadership skills and constant updating to progress!

That majority that got used to being submissive for decades is falling behind! Of course, in many places there is still room for this profile. But for anyone who cares about the changes taking place, it's worth reviewing your stances!
