NextEra Energy Resources enters the mobility market with acquisition of eIQ Mobility

NextEra Energy Resources acquired eIQ Mobility, a software provider of mobility planning solutions. The software helps fleets select the optimal electric vehicles and charging infrastructure to meet their operational requirements.

The company said that the acquisition will enable it to offer customers fleet assessments that help inform infrastructure planning for renewable energy, load management and resiliency while helping them meet environmental, social and governance goals.
