Moody’s gives US utility issuers a transition risk wake-up call
This has been brewing for awhile. I'm expecting the credit rating agencies will also, soon, include a Utility Companies cybersecurity practices to the formula determining credit rating risks. This has been talked about for awhile too. I wouldn't be surprised to see cyber-insurers asking for proof showing that cybersecurity controls are being implemented/applied as evidence to retain cyber insurance policies or lose coverage.
