Energy:  success road map

How to achieve and maintain minimum energy costs for your organization in Brazil? The following definitions are essential:

1) Horizon to be considered for modeling solutions

2) Feasibility: own capital or from third parties

3) Contracting "Assets" or "results"

4) Results considered attractive

5) Leader who will make the team "happen"

In most companies that have contracted me, the typical situation encountered was not having an established strategy and action plan in the energy arena.

It means that the potential for savings is generally excellent. It will be worth thriving on the above proposed strategy.
