DOE filing completed today Securing the United States Bulk-Power System DOE–HQ–2020–0028

The Department of Energy issued an RFI on 7/8 requesting public comments regarding protections for the Bulk Power System. Today, on behalf of Reliable Energy Analytics, LLC, I filed comments, which should appear sometime later this week at this location: https://www.regulations.gov/document?D=DOE-HQ-2020-0028-0001

BPS companies with a vested interest in protecting the US Grid from cyber threats and cybersecurity firms should consider filing comments with the DOE on this very important matter.

I hope you will join us on 8/12 for this Energy Central PowerSession on software risk assessment best practices.
