A nation that takes that challenge seriously will make sustained investments in clean energy technologies across the board, including nuclear. That will mean both supporting the initial commercialization of promising technologies like the Natrium Reactor and building state-of-the-art facilities like the Versatile Test Reactor to support ongoing nuclear innovation.

Hard to argue with this-- while there's reason people cringe at the idea of 'all of the above' energy strategy because a) we're limited in time and resources and b) that's been used as a crutch to perpetuate non-clean energy sources, having an 'all of the above that are clean' is a different sentiment. Especially where there are solutions that will work effectively in certain geographies/markets and not others, searching for the single silver bullet is a foolish approach.
