About the Utility Exchange Community
Utility Exchange is a member community administered by UtilityExchange.org to help energy and water utility staff and allies to network and learn from each other. Its focus is the design and delivery of customer-centric energy and water utility programs related to efficiency, load management, distributed energy resources, and customer service operations.
Every September, the Rocky Mountain Utility Exchange is co-hosted by the City of Aspen Utilities and Holy Cross Energy, and produced by Utility Exchange.org. The national event with a regional focus is the premier networking and learning event for Utility Exchange members. All event registrants receive a one-year Utility Exchange membership with unlimited access to event content and to participate in the community network with others. Other individuals who don't register for the event may join for free for limited access
UtilityExchange.org is a closely-held private corporation that helps utilities and other organizations think strategically about industry-related initiatives and develop tactical action plans. Also, UtilityExchange.org staff produce web-based or in-person activities where utilities and allied organizations learn and network regarding distributed energy resources, demand response, load management, energy efficiency, customer service/operations, marketing/sales, and enhanced business operations.
