Utility 2030 Collaborative, www.utility2030.org, helps utilities develop essential insights to build the customer-centric utility of the future.  Research sits at the core of our organization, and we are collecting vital data about customer programs in the utility industry.

Through our partnership with Energy Central, we are launching our 2021 CX benchmarking survey.  If you are a utility professional from gas, water, wastewater, and electric utilities in North America we welcome your participation, and everyone who completes a survey will receive early access to benchmarking data and content.
