No doubt that utilities have more technology tools (cloud, mobile, containers, AI, data analytics) at their disposal now than ever before. These items can dramatically change internal business processes, how they service customers, and how work gets done. The challenge is finding appropriate uses and then introducing them in way that eases the transition from the old to the new.
