Quanta Technology at 2016 IEEE PES T&D
Quanta Technology, an expertise-based, independent energy and utility consulting company, is preparing to play a prominent role at this year’s IEEE Power and Energy Society’s T&D Conference and Exposition. The conference will be held in Dallas, TX, May 2-5, and is the bi-annual product and technology showcase for electric power engineering.
Quanta Technology president, Damir Novosel, will open the conference in his capacity of serving as President of the IEEE Power and Energy Society. The following is a list of sessions where Quanta will have executive participation:

In addition to having a deep presence on the conference program, the company will also be part of the Quanta Services (NYSE:PWR) booth, #5747, where a demonstration of battery energy storage system testing will be on display. Quanta Technology’s Sustainable Technology Integration Laboratory (QT-STIL) helps electric utilities by providing testing and simulations on the effects of renewable technologies on the power grid. Some of the services performed by the laboratory include plug-in electric vehicle simulations, battery energy storage testing, integration of distributed energy resources such as wind and solar, and microgrid controller design.
