We think that the direction of the current Congress is very favorable for all carbon-free technology, and it ought to be all-inclusive."

This quote definitely stands out. 

I wonder if you've observed the national regulatory policies in any other countries or regions that better aligns itself for progress on the nuclear/hydrogen tag team? Or is this a problem that stretches evenly across borders?
