With this Friday being recognized as Veterans Day, the entire Energy Central team wants to take a moment to honor and give thanks to all the military veterans across our community. We know many veterans found a post-military career in the utility industry, and they've brought with them the type of leadership, dedication, and expertise that elevates the entire power sector. As an organization who has ties to veterans in our families and a deep respect for the immeasurable impact they have on our community, Energy Central finds it important to pause and reflect ahead of this important holiday.
As a way of recognizing the unique interplay between veterans and the utility sector, please find a celebration below of a number of interviews we've done over the years of Energy Central Community members who have made that transition from military service to working in energy. We encourage you to leave a word of thanks in the comments below, or even questions/comments for those interviewees in those articles from years past as well!
