It's a new year, and the Energy Central Power Perspectives™ Podcast is already excited to share the utility executives and industry thought leaders that we have lined up for episodes early in 2021-- did you catch our episodes with Tilak Subarahmanian, the VP of Energy Efficiency at Eversource Energy, and Jacob Williams, the CEO of Florida Municipal Power Agency?

These esteemed guests are just the beginning of what's lining up to be an incredibly exciting year for the podcast, and while the schedule is quickly filling up with some heavy-hitters in the industry, we still have some slots to fill....could those slots be sitting there ready for YOU to be on an upcoming episode?

As we look forward to the hot topics that are dominating Energy Central’s online platform, we want to take those conversations to our podcast airwaves, too. Looking ahead, we want to align our podcast episodes with anticipated industry eventsSpecial Issue Newsletters from Energy Central, and expected hot topics that are coming into focus across the industry.

We are currently looking for interviewees for the following upcoming topics that also align with our Energy Central Insights Special Issue series:

  • March – Power Generation Realities & Trends – From Renewables to Hydro, to Nuclear, to Hydrogen
  • March - Hiring challenges in the utility industry, both generally and specific to the upside-down year of 2020
  • April – Innovation in the Power Industry
  • May – The State of the Grid, T&D and What’s next
  • June – Open Topic: What Do You Want to Talk About?
  • July – Customer Care

In addition to the above topics, we want to hear what pressing issues in the utility industry you’d like to share as a guest on our podcast (as well as topics you hope we cover so you can learn from them as a listener)! The Energy Central Power PerspectivesTM Podcast publishes multiple times a month, and we have openings available to you. We want to feature the stories that are pertinent to you!

Based on your role in the industry, we have opportunities available to you:

1) Getting Involved as a Utility Professional of a Utility, IPP, RTO, or Government Agency

If any of the above topics are ones that you would like to discuss on our podcast series, please reach out to us today to discuss at

Similarly, if you work in one of these organizations and would like to be a guest but have your own idea about a topic, drop us a line to suggest it—we’re open to talking about conversations that are important to you.

2) Invitation to Solution Providers and Industry Vendors

The Energy Central Power PerspectivesTM Podcast is a unique opportunity to reach our listeners: utility executives and decision-makers, marketing professionals at utility organizations, energy industry leaders and influencers, and more. To learn how someone from your company can be featured in the podcast, or how you can become a podcast sponsor, please get in touch with a client representative at or you can download our product guide. We're open to utility-focused topics that will allow your representatives to shine as a podcast guest, so we'd love to chat with you today about how to make that happen.

We’re eager to keep these conversations going and allow you to take the Energy Central insights with you when you’re on the go and away from your computer—listen to us in the car, on a walk, at the gym, while doing the chores, and more! If you want to reach energy insiders who are already listening, get in touch today!

I know I speak for host of the podcast, Jason Price, and myself when I say we're really looking forward to finding our next batch of guests-- if you have a story to tell, a lesson you learned, or a success you want to brag about in a podcast dedicated to an audience of your utility peers and thought leaders, we look forward to hearing from you and chatting more!
