Presenters: 

Dillon Allen is the Senior Manager, Nuclear Major Fleets Project at Entergy.  He has over 2 decades of experience in nuclear power, ranging from design & construction of advanced naval reactors to large-scale capital projects and portfolio management for Entergy. Beyond Dillon’s nuclear career, he has also managed counter-narcotics operations across Central America as well as unprecedented logistics operations following Hurricanes Laura & Ida in Louisiana. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Mississippi State University, as well as a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from the US Naval Postgraduate School.

Andrew Barritt is the Deputy Engineering Director at Kernkraftwerk Leibstadt (KKL). He also is the External Affairs Officer ("Foreign Minister") of KKL and actively supports the plant in interactions with EPRI, Owners' Groups, other units of the fleet, and various International Nuclear Organizations.  He graduated from ETH in Zürich, Switzerland, with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and from MIT in Cambridge, MA, with a Masters in Nuclear Engineering.

Robert Austin is the Senior Program Manager at Electric Power Research Institute’s (EPRI) Plant Modernization & Data Driven Decision Making (3DM) Initiatives.  Previously, he managed EPRI’s Instrumentation & Control research program as well as the Nuclear sector’s Software Development Group.  He has over 20 years of technical experience, primarily in the nuclear industry.  Mr. Austin holds Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, where he was valedictorian of his graduating class.  He also attended First Year Law at Georgetown University, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history (Cum Laude) from Davidson College.  Mr. Austin is a registered Professional Engineer (PE), a Certified Information Systems Security Profession (CISSP), and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
