Hopefully, you're already aware of Energy Central's January Special Issue that focuses on the upcoming year - Power Industry 2022 Predictions & Trends. Many members of the Energy Central Community enthusiastically participated through written articles, papers, and more - sharing their outlook for the coming year.

And, for a little bit more fun, we wanted to provide another way for people to participate. Hence, we asked some of our regular contributors to add a personal and community-based touch through a short video to add to the mix.

The prompt we gave to these peers of yours was this:

What do you hope or wish will be a top trend in the utility sector in 2022, even if you’re not sure it’ll come to be in reality?

I hope you will take a couple of extra minutes to get to know some of our regular contributors and watch this quick video. And, let us know in the comments what you agreed or didn't agree with-- this is the start of a wider conversation, so don't hesitate to jump in!

I enjoyed pulling this video clip together with our community members.  I only wish I had Bill Meehan's skills in presentation - I think he was a sports announcer in another life :).  Thanks to everyone who contributed to this video!  I am looking forward to a great year in the community!

Well done Audra and Matt!  Some great wishes from some smart people with good intentions.  I enjoyed the video and got to put some faces to people that I have met virtually on Energy Central.  Thanks!
