Time and resource constraints consistently drive leaders to focus on the day to day activities versus operational improvement and often with little alignment to a long term strategy.
What are the root causes preventing organizations from achieving Enterprise Asset Management goals?
All organizations have strategies and goals, join us to learn the importance of turning these into tactical plans and actions in order to be successful.
In this on-demand webinar Cohesive Solutions discuss how a strategic approach to improvement of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) practices can be applied to develop an effective roadmap for improvement. We will compare three major U.S. Pipeline companies and their unique journeys. We will demonstrate how different organizations with similar goals can have similar paths for improvement with significantly diverse roadmaps to achieve them. We'll also showcase how an EAM roadmap adds value by tailoring common improvement initiatives into measurable tactical activities which align with not just the organization's goals but also their unique cultural, logistical, and technological challenges.
