It's an interesting point-- the utilities and how they work aren't the only thing that's evolving, but the wants, needs, and capabilities of the customers are changing all the time too!

Thanks, Matt.  You are right that the landscape of the customer is always changing, and sometimes very rapidly.  That is the challenge we face is how to keep up with those changes. Even how to predict what they will be to stay ahead of the curve.
