Trilliant to Focus on Energy Transition at Enlit Europe 2022 in Frankfurt

  • Nov 29, 2022
ENP Newswire

Frankfurt, Germany - Trilliant, a leading international provider of solutions for advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), smart grid, smart cities and IIoT, will take part in Enlit Europe as a panelist, exhibitor and sponsor, demonstrating its continued commitment to EMEA energy companies, utilities and communities. The conference will take place from November 29 to December 1, 2022 at Messe Frankfurt.

Enlit Europe is an inclusive and end-to-end forum that addresses every aspect of the energy agenda. It is a community that collaborates and innovates year-round to solve the most pressing energy-related issues.

Trilliant will participate in an executive roundtable discussion titled 'Energy Transition: What Island Technology Can Teach the Mainland.' Ian Heath, Trilliant's Vice President of EMEA, will join experts from Croatia, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Slovenia and the U.K. to discuss how the smart island technology approach focuses on the efficiency of utilizing one communication network to support a number of energy-efficient initiatives while minimizing cost.

Recently, Trilliant launched island deployments for Isle of Man, in partnership with Manx Utilities, by replacing their existing electricity meters with a new AMI platform. This effort will provide connectivity for nearly 50,000 properties including residential, industrial and commercial clients. Heath will discuss learnings from this island application and how they can be applied in broader implementations on the mainland.

'We are excited to join energy industry leaders and experts at Enlit Europe to share insights, exchange lessons on grid modernization and engage in discussions on how to achieve a smooth transition towards clean, affordable and reliable energy supply,' said Tom Tipple, Managing Director of EMEA for Trilliant. 'As we continue to build upon our innovation, we look forward to collaborating with electric, gas and water utilities as well as cities to develop a strategic path to energy transition.'

Globally, Trilliant has reached a major smart meter deployment milestone, with more than 32 million endpoints/smart meters currently deployed and operational in Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and North America, with millions more planned.

To demonstrate its ongoing commitment to sustainability, Trilliant's Integrated Management System has been recertified to the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards by DEKRA for quality and environmental management across the organization.

Innovative solution demos to showcase the power of choice
