When or where can we find more information regarding the specifics of this study? As stated, "results showed that women are paid 99.27 percent of what men are paid at the company, while Black, Asian and Hispanic employees are paid 100.73 percent of what white employees are paid," which suggests a pretty equitable compensation structure. I'd be interested to know how the roles/positions of the individuals studied compare. Additionally, it would be interesting to hear some commentary on the antiquated practice of forbidding employees to share their pay information with one another, as that tends to magnify wage gaps.
