I can understand this person´s chagrin with respect to expressing an opinion about a project.  While development of wind resources is crucial to decarbonization of our energy infrastructure, not all wind projects make sense.  The merit of all such projects should be judged by a variety of criteria, not least on the results of a well excecuted and publicly discussed environmental impact assessment.

I wonder if this was the case for the Dan´s Mountain Wind Farm project?
