It's either grid congestion, or lack of sunlight in northern latitudes that is capping Minnesotan's solar ambitions. But if we blamed  it on lack of sunlight there would be no reason to force electricity customers to buy something, would there?

So frustrating. Renewables would work great if only there were more sunlight and wind!
