Energy Central Celebrates Veterans Day 2022 the Entire Week of November 7

Energy Central

During the week of November 7, leading up to Veterans Day on November 11, Energy Central is celebrating Veterans in the utility sector in conjunction with our partners Franklin Energy and West Monroe.

We've asked our Community Members who are military veterans or work with military veterans as a part of the energy and utility workforce to share their experiences and insights.

All week, you can expect to see content celebrating our veterans going live, including:

  • Direct interviews with veterans who work at the utilities, from line workers with boots on the ground all the way up to executives guiding the sector.
  • A video compendium of Energy Central Community members highlighting the value that veterans have brought the power industry, and vice versa.
  • Written profiles from some of our utility partners spotlighting their key military veteran employees.

As those great pieces of content go live, they will be tagged to our Veterans Day 2022 landing page, so be sure to keep checking in to see these tremendous stories of military leadership and the transition to the utility space be told.

From all of us at Energy Central and on behalf of our sponsors for this important week, we want to once again thank all veterans for their service, and we're excited to highlight the tremendous work so many of you all are doing today in the energy sector.
