ACP STATEMENT ON HOUSE PASSAGE OF THE LOWER ENERGY COSTS ACT

Today, American Clean Power Association (ACP) CEO Jason Grumet released a statement following the House passage H.R. 1, the Lower Energy Costs Act:

"The Congress must pass meaningful permitting reform to support a dynamic, secure, and clean economy. American Clean Power is pleased to see Congressional efforts move forward to engage this critical and complex set of issues. We look forward to continuing to work with members of Congress on both sides of the aisle as this measure moves to the Senate."
