Todd has a long history of building successful, profitable, and innovative solutions in energy and real estate. He brings over nine years in renewable energy leadership, entrepreneurialism, and creativity having served as the Executive Director of Hampshire Council of Governments, HCOG, where Todd founded or improved a wide variety of successful clean and retail energy services. Among those successes, Todd was among the first to initiate a highly successful Community Shared Solar sales and administration service that witnessed an 866% increase in revenue over two years serving 28 solar developments and other renewables. In addition, he founded and grew the SREC and AEC brokerage business that continues to expand into new markets and service territories. Todd also transformed HCOG’s retail supply business to create year over year growth, consistent profitability and service to over 90,000 electricity accounts. Before leading HCOG, Todd founded and led RiverStone Design Group, a sustainable urban design firm in Park City, Utah responsible for several groundbreaking projects throughout the intermountain west. His background also includes extensive public sector experience, which continues to guide his collaborative and service-based approach. Todd has a Master of Arts in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Philosophy from Saint Lawrence University.
