Tamra Reynolds is regional vice president for CoBank’s Electric Distribution Banking division. In this role, Ms. Reynolds leads a team of bankers responsible for product delivery, originations and customer relations in the rural electric cooperative industry for the southern and midwest regions of the United States. Ms. Reynolds is the program developer and coordinator for CoBank-sponsored electric vehicle, battery storage and microgrid workshops, New Director Orientation and New CFO Workshop. She also leads renewable/DER and battery storage product workgroups for electric distribution and infrastructure teams at CoBank, is a product manager and team lead for Beacon strategic planning and facilitation for electric cooperatives and is a member and contributor to NRECA’s Renewable/DER member advisory group. Since joining the bank in 2005 as a credit analyst in the rural agribusiness division, Ms. Reynolds has worked on several teams at CoBank including corporate finance, power supply and energy services, and electric distribution. Prior to her current position, she served as vice president and senior relationship manager for CoBank’s Power, Energy and Utilities Banking division. Ms. Reynolds earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science and agricultural economics, magna cum laude, and her master’s degree in agribusiness from Texas A&M University.
