Vice President, ICF
Becky Cambre is Vice President of Innovation and Customer Engagement within ICF’s Commercial Energy Division. As the Customer Care Services Practice Leader, Becky’s organization supports utilities and energy companies and their customers across the United States and Canada.
With a focus on the customer experience, her span of responsibility includes strategic management of Energy Advisors, customer service and technical support, rebate application management, and incentive payment fulfillment. Ms. Cambre has over 20 years of experience conducting financial analysis and managing teams for clients including energy companies and utilities, Fortune 100 companies, and a large federally funded disaster recovery program. She manages multi-state teams that have consisted of as many as 700 employees, implementing effective operational processes to achieve customer goals and objectives. Ms. Cambre’s broad base of experience including quick ramp-up of field implementation results in seamless transitions, continuity in services, achievement of key energy goals, and delivery of a positive customer experience.
