Responsible for Execution of the annual sales strategy for the Product Line(s) definition related to products, competitors, prices, market segmentation and sales forecast. Recommending resourcing needs to support Region product growth strategy. Responsible for the Budgetary Plan Elaboration - projections of sales and manufacturing capacity (aiming long and short term – quarterly review and 3 year plan). Pipeline Management - Own coordination of Orders forecasting between Region and P&L (war-room pole representative); Coordinating with Marketing and Regional sales team to identify targeted pipeline Responsible for definition of market intelligence action planning resolution. Identifying gaps between region available market and products portfolio and developing action plans (e.g. new NPI´s, target customers, target competitors, pricing needs, etc.) Responsible for plans to introduce products in Latin America market (events, presentations, customers and partners training, SWOT analysis of competitors and market analysis). Implementation of technical & product commercialization training and Development of P&L specific onboarding requirements. Planning and development of third party of service and suppliers.
