Program Associate, OurEnergyPolicy
As Program Associate at OurEnergyPolicy, I curate, aggregate, and sustain the OurEnergyLibrary, a free to use energy resource publication library with over 5,100 resources from academia, industry, think tanks and non-profits, and trade associations.
The OurEnergyLibrary is part of the Library of Congress’s E-Resource site and is also listedat WorldCat.org: The World’s Largest Library Catalog. Dozens of colleges currently utilize theOurEnergyLibrary and refer students to it for course readings. These include HarvardUniversity, Carnegie Mellon University, University of California Irvine, Dartmouth College, andBoston College. The OurEnergyLibrary has also been cited by the U.S. Senate, House ofRepresentatives, Department of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency, and the NationalRenewable Energy Laboratory. It is a non-partisan, one-stop hub where anyone ingovernment, media, academia, the private sector, non-profit, advocacy groups, and the publiccan search expertly indexed, cross-sectoral, energy policy resources.
The OurEnergyLibrary provides a more defined focus than a simple Google search by limitingresults to curated, professionally tagged publications, while excluding news articles, blogposts, and other extraneous content. It includes studies, reports, papers and otherdocuments, and these resources are all free, publicly available, and produced by reputableorganizations.
