Len Gould has worked in electrical construction management, industrial electrical department management, and large IT project management and implementation. He is also experienced in the development and implementation of digital electronic control systems. He managed the development and implementation of one of the first distributed computing business environments based on personal computers and ethernet in the early 1980's, as well as the design and implementation of several assembler based inter-network communication system bridging programmable controllers with computer networks. In the course of his career he has developed a clear understanding of economics, risk assessment and management, quality management, information flow and its importance, and the many other small but important tasks involved in these positions. He is also sole inventor named on several patent applications currently pending, in the fields of synchronous motor and generator design and heat engine design. Two completely novel dynamo electric machines (motor / generator designs) are among the items covered.
