A Registered Professional Engineer who is experienced in all aspects of the design, development, operation and economic evaluation of energy use and power generation ranging from nuclear power, coal and combined cycle through distributed generation, industrial utilities, fuel cells and renewable energy including “First of a Kind” projects as well as energy distribution systems.
Since 2008 he has been developing the enabling technologies to commercialize Ocean Thermal Energy Conveersion (OTEC) based power generation and is named on over 12 U.S. patents including basic thermodynamic cycle design. He has outstanding leadership, communication and presentation skills and has been a published author and an engineering economics professor.
