In my over nineteen years of working at CPS Energy, I gained experience in several areas of the CPS Energy: Finance, Customer Service, Operations, Product Management, Marketing and Corporate Communications.


In my various roles, I gained experience working across the enterprise on managing product portfolios and launching new, innovative products that serve a diverse customer base.


In my current role as the Manager of Energy Efficiency and Demand Response, I lead a team has that made significant contributions towards achieving our original STEP goal and the development and approval of our new STEP program.  This experience allows me to understand the value and key drivers behind many of our programs. My experience in this area helps develop a deep understanding in developing, communicating and delivering products and services among a wide customer base including Mass Market Residential, Small Commercial and Managed Accounts.
