A graduate of the Lodz University of Technology and MBA studies at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. Jerzy has participated in many projects in various industries and sectors in Poland and abroad. In 2007-2008, Jerzy led negotiations on behalf of the consortium of Mitsubishi Gas Chemical and Mitsubishi Corporation with the Polish leader in the chemical industry regarding an investment project worth EUR 100 million. Jerzy implemented one of the largest physical emission reduction projects in Poland in 2007-2012, worth approximately EUR 30 million. In 2011, during his stay in Great Britain, Jerzy, in cooperation with Gazprom, carried out one of the largest emissions swap transactions in Poland. In 2011, Jerzy conducted a transaction of purchasing shares of a Swedish technology company for Mitsubishi Corporation (Europe) Ltd. In 2010, Jerzy participated in one of the largest transactions of exchange of AAU emission allowances for 512 electric cars along with their charging infrastructure, concluded between the Government of Estonia and Mitsubishi Corporation.
