I joined Altivon more than 10 years ago. Prior to that I held executive positions within IBM Canada/LGS, NetDriven Solutions, VoiceGenie Technologies, Genesys Labs and Got Corporation. I was also co-founder of CallPro Canada, a leading provider of multi-media customer interaction management solutions.
