David Pudleiner has over 8-years of experience working in the fields of building energy and utility program analysis. Since joining ICF in 2014, Mr. Pudleiner has served as the technical lead for a variety of studies including non-wires alternatives, energy efficiency and DER potential studies, building-specific and policy level energy simulation, and customer tool development. During this time, some of his most rewarding work has been developing enhanced analysis methods for measure load shape formulation, improving the evaluation of cost-effectiveness for DER program and potential estimations, and conducting calibrated building energy simulation for informing underserved customer program design. Holding a B.S. from Virginia Tech and M.S. from Georgia Tech, both in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Pudleiner is a heat transfer and building energy modeler at heart, with modeling experience ranging from Excel to EnergyPlus.
