Dan’s background is an asset to strategic teams, particularly in the Energy & Utilities sector. He has led numerous utility HR-sponsored initiatives related to the application of skilled labor including workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. Dan spent roughly two years seconded to the Entergy Nuclear HR Organization helping lead the People Workstream of a multi-Billion-dollar performance turnaround initiative. He also led workforce planning and organizational design initiatives for many new nuclear reactor designs, as well as staffing benchmarking and workforce assessment initiatives at major utilities around the world. Dan spent a decade working closely with Chuck Goodnight, one of the top power industry HR strategists in the world. Dan’s combined training as an Attorney, MBA, PMP, and Agile SCRUM Master is valuable in tackling the wide variety of business challenges facing utility HR organizations.
