Over 30 years’ experience in the energy and utilities sector covering gas, electricity, and water. Is both a Chartered Gas (MIGEM) and Electrical Engineer (MIET) with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Has held roles as Commercial Director for both water and power companies and can offer help, support, and advice in a variety of areas including utility connections (gas, water, electricity and district heating/cooling), procurement; commercial advisory; negotiation support; whole life costing modelling, contract models (including PPP/PFI, proforma and bespoke contracts); and asset management maintenance strategies. Has been involved in number of flagship projects, such as The Shard, 122 Leadenhall Street, the London Underground PPP, and the Emirates Stadium, and can bring this vast depth of experience to bear on future projects.
