As Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Redaptive, Arvin brings over a decade of energy, finance, and technology expertise to Redaptive, enabling large scale energy savings today through unique capital solutions that incorporate smart meters to validate savings. Under his leadership, Redaptive has positioned itself as the leading efficiency-as-a-service platform, driving rapid and wide scale adoption of efficiency upgrades in its customers' real estate portfolios. With Arvin at the helm, Redaptive’s customers saw a net savings of over $20 million on their utility bills in 2016. The company continues to drive innovation in the Internet of Power as the sector hurdles toward a $1.3 trillion market potential by 2025. 

Prior to Redaptive, Arvin served as VP of Project Finance at Enlighted, an Internet of Things (IoT) solutions company that delivers sensor technology and real-time data collection technology platform for smart buildings. There, he created and ran its Lighting as a Service (GEO) platform, which now spans across multiple Fortune 500 companies and millions of square feet installed. He also spent five years at Barclays Capital on their Power and Utilities Team. He played a key role in spearheading the active role Barclays has played in the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program, as well as in other project finance and public-private partnership initiatives to enable renewable energy. At Barclays Capital, Arvin was integral to structuring over $3 billion of debt and tax equity. He received a B.A. from the University of California Berkeley in Statistics and Economics.
