Amber Wesche is a part of the Product Management group for National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), focusing on Customer Engagement solutions. Amber has been with NISC for nine years, assisting NISC’s Membership in learning and understanding how their NISC technology can improve communication, efficiency and overall customer care. As a Product Manager, Amber works directly with both Members and software developers to ensure solutions are meeting Members’ needs.
