As Head of Biller Solutions, Christopher Johnson oversees Fiserv bill presentment and payment solutions (EBPP), including the BillMatrix suite of biller direct offerings, the ebill Solutions group, and the CheckfreePay walk-in agent network. Johnson has extensive experience leading payments, technology and digital media businesses across multiple industry verticals, with a focus on excellence in delivery for SMB and enterprise clients alike. Prior to joining Fiserv, Johnson was CEO at Inlet, a joint venture of Pitney Bowes and Broadridge Financial Solutions, which Fiserv acquired in 2020. His background includes creating and leading digital businesses at media companies such as Hearst Corporation, IAC, and AOL. He began his career at The Washington Post, where he was a founding editor for Washingtonpost.com. Johnson has also worked at several early-stage startups, including Student.com, Modelinia, and FactSquared. He serves on the boards of the Saint & Streetfighter Foundation, a Washington, D.C.-based social justice non-profit, and the Northeast STEM Academy in Mt. Vernon, NY. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.
