Idaho National Laboratory's (INL) Enterprise Support group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as a SharePoint Administrator! This exciting opportunity can be remote/hybrid or onsite!
Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform as an on-premise SharePoint Administrator and Domain Expert on the SharePoint environment that supports the INL.
  • Responsibilities for SharePoint administration include managing, monitoring, and enhancing the SharePoint platform to support the INL website, lists and other collaboration tools in SharePoint.
  • Develop, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections.
  • Perform typical system administrative activities such as site creation, user training, backup, restore and issue resolution.
  • Perform as the gatekeeper for all SharePoint deployments to ensure design reviews of functionality and content will be completed before deployment to production Sharepoint environments.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of SharePoint on premise and online.
  • Lead all aspects of the SharePoint server infrastructure, user access and application deployment, and implementation of SharePoint upgrades.
  • Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of all servers, equipment, and software related to SharePoint infrastructure.
  • Responsible for software development include business process automation and improvements; asset or property management, human performance improvement; training, education, or technical competence infrastructure; human/computer interaction; data collection, reporting, and analysis, and information management.
  • Use a variety of software tools including .Net, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.
  • Lead INL software developers, contractors, and support services on the implementation of SharePoint and other solutions to include website development, forms, and other SharePoint and Development needs.
  • Responsible to mentor and train members of the Enterprise Support department and our customers in the effective use of standard tools and best business practices within areas of responsibility.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors plus 5 years experience, or Advanced Degree & 3 years experience. Thirteen years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • SharePoint on premise and online
  • Skilled with Developing, configuring and maintaining document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections
  • Experienced with SharePoint system administrative activities (site creation, user training, backup, restore, and issue resolution)
  • Skilled with SharePoint security requirements and experienced applying SharePoint security and operational patches
  • Ability to work effectively independently as well as within a team environment
  • Superb Communication skills
  • Demonstrated a good work ethic and ability and willingness to take on new challenges
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Degree completed in related computer science field.
  • .Net application development skills
  • Microsoft SQL Server

  • Implement/maintain enterprise level services including Microsoft DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory
  • PowerShell, HTML, CSS, C#, jQuery, Javascript, etc.

  • Salary Grade: 210 ($93,492 - $154,212)
