Idaho National Laboratory's (INL) Advanced Test Reactor (ATR) Project Support group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as a Project Coordinator.
Our team works an on-site 4x10 schedule located at our ATR facility with every Friday off!
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide assistance, suggestions, and support to ATR project management on subcontracting strategies, subcontractor statements of works for unique support, and overall subcontractor relationships, change orders, etc.
- Assist ATR project managers in submitting contracts in ARIBA, enter Contract Change Requests (CCR), and track ceiling prices on releases and overall ceiling totals.
- Develop reports and/or workflow strategies with regards to allocation of craft resources.
- Collaborate with project team on the development and review of project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
- Assist in other ad hoc project activities to ensure successful achievement of project scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Help develop training materials and tools to assist project managers and other project support staff to successfully carry out projects at ATR.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree, or High School diploma and 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
- Salary Grade - PR0100 - 170 ($55,656 - $89,112)

- TDP-Testing designated position: you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
