Idaho National Laboratory's (INL) Service Management group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as an ITIL Process Analyst! This team works a remote 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Act as a liaison between the business and the platform team
  • Represent project partners throughout planning, development, and release processes
  • Works with partners to drive adoption of the platform
  • Discover, define and document business needs
  • Identify, prioritize, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
  • Collaborates with partners to identify potential process improvements
  • Investigate solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with platform architecture committee to receive guidance and obtain approval
  • Present documented requirements and solution to business partners and get sign off before development is started
  • Transpose requirements into agile stories to facilitate development of solution
  • Supports the testing effort by validating developed features and coordinating User Acceptance Testing with business
  • Works with the platform team to develop release estimates
  • Monitors stories and drives them to completion
  • Communicates with business that features are released and available
  • Define and vet solutions based on customer requirements
  • Find opportunities for process improvements as part of requirements definition for potential solutions
  • Ensure solution are aligned with ITIL concepts and principles
  • Generation of reports, dashboards and other metrics into consumable format for end users and partner
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years or advanced degree and 3 years overall experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related degrees.
  • Applicants are subject to the requirements of DOE O 142.3B, Unclassified Foreign National Access Program.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing or adhering to ITIL (preferably V4) principles and processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate with the business to understand requirements and present back findings and recommendations in terms of the potential value to the organization.
  • Adhering to AGILE methodologies within a team.
  • Self-starter with the demonstrable ability to identify solutions for loosely defined business problems by demonstrating pattern detection over potentially large datasets.
  • Ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and an understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its different components & capabilities
Preferred Requirements
  • ITIL V3 or V4 Certification

  • Salary Grade 210 ($91,032 - $150,156)
