Executive Staff Assistant

Job Duties:
- Prioritizes, creates, types, and proofs a variety of correspondence, forms, and reports to ensure timely and accurate production, often statistical in nature. Ensures that all work products, including outgoing correspondence and materials, meet corporate standards and that appropriate approvals have been obtained.
- Budget/Project management assistance - Assist and prepare projection/budget reports as needed. Prepare new or renew current services contracts as needed. Assists with budget planning, budget management and cost tracking (working with project managers. Assist in processing employee expense reports as needed in a timely manner, while checking for accuracy.
- Key point of contact and liaison to other departments - Serves as a point of contact for Shared Services IT. Serves as facilities liaison for various tasks. Also provides backfill for other Executive Assistants when needed. Works with Department Managers to coordinate various team building activities.
- Assist in preparing various presentations and reports involving information for GSOC Board of Directors, EMC Managers, and staff meetings.
- Coordinates and oversees record management and document management system(s).
- Performs other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 4-6 Years Administrative Professional experience with gradual increase in work activities.
Specialized Skills:
- Computer skills
- Microsoft Office (Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Understanding basic IT concepts
- Understanding of basic budget and cost modeling concept
- Organizational skills in all aspects pertaining to the job.
